  • Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?
    You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.
  • I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?
    Touch base with us as soon as possible to see if we can make the changes on our end before your order ships out.
  • What type of inks do you use on the clothing?
    Water-based inks are a favorite of Sean's for the durability, soft hand feel. The Water based inks become part of the fabric as opposed Plastisols which can have heavier plastic feel that sits atop the shirt. Comfort is King. This is why Water-based inks have been knighted as our go to design ink.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our returns process.
  • How do I return of exchange an item?
    We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers at this time. To see full policy, including details on returns online, and international orders view the store policy page.
  • Can I exchange my order?
    U.S. orders can be exchanged online or in-store within 14 days of delivery. Please review the Return Policy for how to start a U.S.-based exchanges. We currently do not support exchanges on international orders.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?
    No, we do not. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.
  • What's the status of my order?
    If you have an Longboard Clothing Company account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the Order History page. All orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm will ship within 3-5 business days. For Expedited and 2-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday). Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume.   • Can I pay for my orders using crypto currency?
    Yes, but only for domestic orders right now.
  • The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
    Longboard Clothing comes out with new collections each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country. Send over a message if we haven't included yours yet. Still working on adding all shipment options.
  • What's the status of my return?
    We recommend using a carrier that will provide you a returns tracking #. Upon checking the receipt date of the package, please allow 2-4 business days for processing of the return.
  • Will I be charged for taxes & duties?
    For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
